Bloomberg Green Seattle Terms of Entry

A.              Waiver.  Please be aware that there are risks inherent to your visit. Guests voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with their presence at the Bloomberg Green Seattle. Guests waive and release all claims or actions against Bloomberg, its agents, sponsors, their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and volunteers, for any loss, injury, or liability in any way connected to attendance at the Bloomberg Green Seattle.

B.              Recording.  We may photograph, film, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Bloomberg Green Seattle and use such reproduction for any purpose without compensation. You consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded in connection with Bloomberg’s journalistic, advertising, marketing, promotional, or security activities.  You consent to such recording and to any use throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation to you, of your appearance, voice and/or name for these purposes. You understand that all recording will be done in reliance on these consents when you enter the Bloomberg Green Seattle.  

C.              Right of Entry.  We reserve the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the Bloomberg Green Seattle, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider it necessary or advisable.

D.              Program Changes.  We may, without prior notice or refund, liability or compensation, change the operating hours of the Bloomberg Green Seattle or any attraction, close part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program if we consider it necessary or advisable.

Group will conduct the Event in an orderly manner in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Facility policies.
