- I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. How can I access the event?
- Please check your spam folders for a confirmation email from blive@live.bloomberg.com. If you do not find the confirmation email there, please click the "Looking for your ticket?" button in the page footer, and enter your email, and a new link will be sent to you. You can also email us at blive@bloomberg.net and we can locate your confirmation details and share them with you directly.
- I can no longer attend the event. Can I refund my ticket?
- All tickets are non-refundable. However you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or a friend. Please click “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email, and you can follow the steps to transfer registration.
- How do I access the event sessions remotely?
- All event sessions will be streamed live on Bloomberg.com the day of the event. All sessions are available on-demand on the Bloomberg Live YouTube page, so you can go back and catch up on sessions you missed at a time that works for you.
- Is closed captioning available?
- Yes. Closed captioning will be available for all live events and transcripts will be available for all on demand recorded sessions.
